The robe is golden yellow, and the nose has the intense bouquet of white flowers. On the palate are intense citrus, acacia flowers and minerality. It’s a complex and well-balanced acidity combined with a beautiful minerality. A direct pressing, then fermentation in barrique, bâtonnage and aged eight months in French oak barrels.
