Delicate maceration for nine days, including the skins and stem. This orange wine reveals a beautiful orange hue at first glance, evoking the early days of winemaking, as it just began to take shape. On the nose: a mix of spices, flowers, candied fruit and hints of caramel. On the palate: dry, full-bodied, slightly tannic, with orange zest.

About the Vineyard

The Frey-Sohler estate currently occupyies 29 hectares in Scherwiller, located 20km from the border of Germany. The estate is run by brothers Damien and Nicolas Sohler who employ organic farming techniques.
